1. Overview
GuidedAT Solutions is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with a product purchased through GuidedAT Solutions, you may be eligible to return it within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
- The item is in its original condition, unmodified, and in original packaging where applicable
- Proof of purchase is provided
3. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Digital products, software licenses, or downloadable content
- Customized or specially configured devices
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Consumable or hygiene-related accessories
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus the applicable restocking fee.
